In the earlier days the private middle men and distributors of milk, made all the profit while the farmers were left with almost nothing. Our company began as a response to this exploitation and put an end to it. Today the experiment has been replicated in different parts of the country and the results are astounding. Bengal Nestor’s Industries Ltd gets its milk from the milk farmers , farmers producer groups & cooperatives so as to strengthen the framework of the Milk cooperatives , SHG’s & FPO’s.

Dedicated efforts of Our Visionary and Founder Mr. Prashant Jalan have registered the products of Bengal Nestor’s and Industries Ltd under the brand names of Mother Dairy, Kolkata , Banglar Dairy , ITC’s Aashirvaad & Nestor’s.

The entire value chain from procurement to processing to marketing is the sole and exclusive domain of the farmer. The regular assured income has led to better quality of life as against conventional agriculture to farmer, overall development in the Infrastructure of the villages, Increased Awareness for hygiene & upgradation of their families quality of life.
