We, with the participation of our milk societies, are committed to collect good quality raw milk from the milk producers to meet the needs and expectations of customers, and both external and internal interested parties by considering their relevant issues as well as applicable legal requirements with the primary objective to improve the socio-economic status of milk producers as guided by the strategic plan.

We shall continually improve our performance by providing training and education to the milk producers, employees of the society and to the Governing Body Members through effective communication and achieving set objectives relevant to the strategic plan.

We shall communicate the quality policy to all relevant interested parties.

We, with our milk supplier societies are committed to manufacture and supply safe and quality milk and milk products and services to satisfy the requirements of our customers while continuing to improve the returns to our member milk producers as guided by strategic plan.

We shall strive to comply needs and expectations of our customer and both external and internal interested parties by considering their relevant issues as well as applicable legal requirements.

We shall endeavour for continual improvement of quality and food safety management systems by providing necessary resources, effective communication and achieving set objectives relevant to the strategic plan.

We shall communicate the quality and food safety policy to all relevant interested parties.
